I read almost all of the plays, but got kinda tired of it after a whle. I-d really love to see these acted out though, so if you know of any performances of any of the playwrights or these specific plays, pass the word along.

Rodin Star 10543413561e23 — If I Stay is one of those heartbreaking novels that leaves you breathless. This hauntingly beautiful novel of family,loss,devastation,desperation and ultimately love will leave you with a new outlook on tragedy and what it takes to leave those you love behind. I have not read a book yet that has riveted me as much as this one. I cried throughout the entire novel. Mia's story is one that I will carry with me for a very long time. The love that Mia has for her family and Adam. The love that Adam has for Mia. The love that Kim has for Mia had me sobbing. Literally sobbing. I do not have words for the powerful impact that this novel had on me. One of the best novels that I have read in a very very long time. It will definitely be hard to top the level of emotion that I felt from Gayle coming off those pages. If you have not read If I Stay yet then you are missing out on an emotionally riveting novel that will change you.

Arianna Calvieri ariannacalvieri — I resisted reading this book for so long... probably about 10 years or so. I really thought I'd hate it. Well, I loved it so much that I wish I hadn't read it so that I could read it again for the first time. I've read no other books by Jane Austen, but I should probably remedy that.

Kim Miseong m_se0ng — The only decent story shares the title of the book. Every story differed little than the last, either the character changed (which was never a male), the setting changed, or the problem changed which was either an identity conflict or blind dependence on someone else. Each story almost always had a caged bird of a woman who was with an unappreciative man or had some sort of dysfunctional relationship with men. Oh Jhumpa, you can only repeat the same themes so many times before someone wishes you would stop writing and instead smash your hand under a hammer. I only liked her style of writing which was compact and dry, it complimented the stories well. Overall it was the lack of variation in the themes that made me want to pull my hair out, I would have liked more variation.
