This book speaks to a lot of troubles many people encounter in one form or another...drug use, self mutiliation, abuse. It's not preachy or psychological, it just tells the story of a girl who's hurting so much she doesnt know what to do with it, and her mother who is trying desperately to save her. I loved reading it and couldn't put it down.

the power of six-pittacus lore- year may 2 2011 pages 406 this book is intended for young adults the setting moves aroumd but the places it is should not be diffrent the main characters are jhon(four)six and sam jhon has sandy blue hair and blue eyes six blonde hair blue eyes and sam blackish hair and brown eyes? this book is about jhon/four sam ans six they have to move alot to stay away from the mogadogians that are hunting them down and alwaysseem to be right on there tail they are also trying to train to fight the mogidorians in a war with all the numbers (that are still alive) to try and kill off the mogidoriansthen they split up to find five seven eight and nine sam with four and six alone six finds seven andtogether they fight an epic battle sam and four find nine and also fight an epicc battle but to find out all the ddetails your gonna have to read the book yourself i loved this book because it was funny and exiting to quotes that i liked "i dont wanna be a hereo and plus girls already like me" pg 28 "you guys are crazy" pg 123 if yiu saty hidden you stay alive i recommend this book to anyone who can readbecause it is an amazing book! some thing differnt about this book is that it is about ailens1

For the most part I really enjoyed this series, but two things about it really annoyed me and I subtracted a star for each. First is the character design for the main character, Nemesis. I loved the personality of the character, but I hated the costume. Why give the main character a plain white costume? That has to be the most boring design they could have come up with. The second star was subtracted because of the ending. It was obvious that Millar is hoping to make a sequel. Also, *SPOILERS* building up a personal connection between the two main characters and then having the twist that there is no connection just seemed like a pointless twist to serve the plan for a sequel.

***spoiler alert*** The man that aided in the death of Harry's parents breaks out of Azkaban. Harry is pissed and wants to learn how to fight anything, so he turns to his teacher/friend/werewolf. The end of the book is awesome with time travel and lots of twists - but again, Ron is left out of the final battle with evil.
