A very nice read. It took a bit for me to begin to enjoy it, but by the middle of the story, I was really enjoying the story. The heroine is neurotic and the the hero is amazingly grounded and stable...that's not a new theme. But, it's the story of how the two of them resolve their issues in a mature, but heart-wrenching, way.

This book was a rip roaring good time! I couldn't help but get totally sucked in. This book really makes you think about what you would do in the same situation that Sherman McCoy finds himself. Also, Tom Wolfe shows you that salvation and actualization come when we least expect them. It really made me think about what a rotten state our justice system is in, and how politics bears far too much upon it.

Interesting book about how we make those instant decisions and how they aren't so instant.

Cole read this and then passed it on to me. It is GOOD. It's the most fun/riveting book I've read since the Twilight series. I highly recommend it!

Another classic. A great love story with a fair dose of intrigue. Much more memorable that Wuthering Heights.

This volume - which honours Jerry Zaslove, from whom i've had the good fortune to learn a great deal, first as his pupil, then as a friend and collaborator - contains many brilliant and highly original essays, but i keep returning to those in the final section, on "Anarchism & Friendship". These articles are among the most candid, ambitious and fascinating literary scraps i've ever savoured. Of course, having been drawn into Jerry's utopian friendship, i have a completely skewed, and extremely sympathetic perspective. However, even before i met Jerry, Richard Day's article on "The University as Anarcho-Community" was a delightful read. Try it. You'll like it.
My favorite
