My brain can only consume so much at a time; it requires a lot of mental energy to contemplate such all encompassing concepts. I have a testimony that it is the word of God. It's a wonderful book.

I going to review all 6 in just one review. I liked the story well enough but Cabot really isn't good at writing this teenage girl. I could not find anything likeable about her. She wasn't very smart, she wasn't sympathetic, she was simply annoying. I read the series because I liked what Cabot did with the other characters and the plot. She seems out of touch with how a teenage girl would behave or maybe I need to be remind on why I hated being a teenager.

It get that people thought this was good but compared to other MM romance there wasn't much to it. For a short it was cute but not deserving of more than a couple stars.

I listened to the audio version. I enjoyed this book and its upbeat ending. A little corny and that was great for me riding in the car.

Good, old-fashioned, exciting adventure story set in 18th-century England.
I read this for a school assignment in my senior year of high school. The narrator keeps using the phrase "on that head." For example (and I paraphrase), "Darcy was singular; on that head, singularity was his calling card." Austen wrote at a time when the British aristocracy was shrewd, witty and rather up-front. Trollope, for all his powers of observation, wrote at a time when the British aristocracy was becoming a little snobbish. I'd much rather read Trollope, but it must be said that Jane Austen is immune to the lure of sentiment which snagged Trollope. She's genuine from start to finish.

I usually only laugh at the failure of others, but this time I laughed because the thing I was looking at was funny. David Rees is funny like that guy you know who's funny, and that's the best kind of funny you can get.
