Great, unique novel. It's a great example of teen sci-fi without the vampires! I thought it was definitely better than the movie portrayed it to be, and cannot wait for the second one to come up. Fast paced, deep, and very descriptive.

The book "The Sea of Monsters" is a action filled book by Rick Riordan. There are 279 pages in the book. The main characters of the book are Percy Jackon, Anabeth Chase, and Grover. The Genre of the book is like a Greek mythology based book. The series started of as a bed time story for Rick's son and his son loved it. So Rick showed his students and they absolutely loved it. After his students told him that they loved his idea for a book he wrote it down and sent it off to a publisher. They liked the book and published it and thus began "The Lightning Theif" seires. "The Lightning Theif" series is about a teenager named Percy Jackson. Percy Jackson is a demigod (demigod means half god and half mortal) who lives in New York with his mom in an apartment. "The Sea of Monsters" in the second book in the series. Percy's name is really Percus Jackson (but most people call him Percy). Percy's mom gave him the name Percus because he was one of the only heros that did not die a VERY painful death. So she gave him the name Percus hopeing his death would not be as painful as most heros death. The book starts as Percy is ending his seventh grade year. Surprisingly he has seen no monsters that he has seen yet. But on his last day (in the one school that he has not been kicked out of so far) during P.E. they play a game of dodgeball between Percy and his class mates. But as the game is striving to an end a gang of bullys turn into a gang of deadly cannibal gaints. He almost dies and then unexpectedly Anabeth chase pops out of nowere and slays the beasts. But Anabeth sadly has bad news for him. The magical borders of Camp Half Blood have been poisened. Camp Half Blood is the only safe place on Earth that is able to protect demigods. The demigods Percy,Anabeth,and Clarisse set out to find the Golden Fleece. Saddly for you I will not tell you the rest and spoil the book for you. I don't know if you like Greek mythology or not but if I were you I would read this book. I think that this book is AWESOME and im sure if you read it you'll think that it is awesome too.

Wisdom - the fourth book in the My Blood Approves series... For her eighteenth birthday, Alice Bonham takes a vacation to Australia only to have her trip cut short by an unexpected murder. While Alice tries to understand what happened, she regrets some of the choices she's made, especially the more permanent ones. My Review - I liked this book so far the best out of the series. I knew right away that Leif had something to do with Alice and Milo and I honestly thought we'd have to wait til the next book to find out what it was but I'm glad we didn't. I hated Jack and Alice fussing so much but I also felt sorry for Jack because of everything Alice is put him through with Peter and with lying. Can't wait to read the next book when it comes out!

Ovo je prva Murakamijeva knjiga koju sam pročitala (nažalost, tek sad!) i moram da priznam da je ostavila poseban utisak na mene. Sad razumem i zašto su David Mitchell-a poredili sa njim. Obojica ostavljaju isti utisak na kraju. Njihove priče se čitaocu usađuju duboko u srce i dušu, i nikada se ne zaboravljaju :)
