A few interesting tidbits, but for the most part I'd hope any internet marketer already knows this stuff. This is geared mostly towards the high-end level of management and I don't doubt Google put it out as a way to convince business owners to spend more money (or any money) on Google advertising - not that they shouldn't be. In fact, business owners really should consider what is in here, but Google most certainly does not have completely altruistic motives for putting this out.

Peter Hatcher can't get a break. His little brother, Fudge-the five-year-old human storm-has humungous plans to marry Peter's sworn enemy, Sheila Tubman. That alone would be enough to rug his whole summer, but now Peter's parents have chosen to rent a summer house right next door to Sheila the Cootie Queen's house for three whole weeks! And to make matters worse fudge is flurting with Sheila. And his whole summer is going to be a rug! This book was kinda funny! :D

Let me start off by acknowledging that the book deals with subject matter which deserves special reverence (Argentina’s Dirty War) and also acknowledge that the story itself is well conceptualized. However, it is not the book that is advertised in its liner-note, to wit, – a book which balances joyfulness and despair, a celebration of our humanity, in all its weakness and hope. It was – for this reader - an unrelentingly cheerless work, a despairing story of things falling apart. As far as craftsmanship, it’s a well rendered story, but the main protagonists (husband and wife) are oft-times too erudite for their own described circumstance, and thus to some extent, the story feels somewhat invaded by the author’s (heavy) hand. With the subject matter as weighty as it is, the author might have approached the characters' despairing voices with a lighter touch.

As I pick my favorite books, I realize this is another beautiful, engrossing book about a woman who overcomes a wild and terrifying upbringing. Her sense of humor about her experience is amazing. Think Rosanne Bar in Africa.

Fascinating read. I liked the first half much more than the second but it didn't disappoint.

Series was quite dark, very interesting, great twists and an excellent ending.

I love Konigsberg, but this wasn't her best. It felt rushed, and I just didn't really care about anyone. It's a nice introduction to da Vinci, but not to Konigsberg.

I finally began reading this book in late September. It has taken a while to get going, but now I am fully into the plot. And it is thickening...Jump to Jan 2, 2010-- FINISHED and loved this book. Could have finished reading about a week earlier but realized that I would be saying goodbye to the characters in this book that I had grown to love, I slowed down...Dickens has done it again! The title is rather dismal but the story itself is not. Dickens is a genius! Next on the list is "A Tale of Two Cities"...

I absolutely adored this book. At first I felt like I could not get into the storyline and then all of a sudden... the book took off. It is truly for a lover of books. The Shadow of the Wind is a story within a story within a story. I highly recommend this book to everyone. I think it is one of the best books that I have read this year. I can't wait to read his next novel The Angel's Game.
