See my review for her other book. I should clarify that they were both free and I was traveling and I also read cereal boxes and pretty much whatever is in front of me.

I know what you're thinking--why would I of all people, who gives practically 4 or 5 stars to almost every book I read give a book like this one two stars? Well let me tell you the kinks I found about this book that I absolutely disliked. 1. Excessive typos - there were a couple places where quotations marks were missing and such, also random letters were changed and I think what happened was that when J.D. Stroube was typing her book, she forgot to stop the auto spell check thingies from occurring and when they did, didn't see them being fixed. 2. Where did that ending come from? (out of the blue...outoftheblue...out of the blue) 3. By the time I ended the book, I felt intensely dissatisfied. I felt like...how should I describe this?...unfinished and abrupt. The fact that Stroube whipped out such a heart-wrenched-in-the-wrong-way ending took away the three stars from my review. The reason I'm posting this is because my writing used to look like that I sincerely believe Stroube can make it better. Also, I read a sample on Smashwords and it had some material that I didn't see in the book and I was wondering why. If Stroube reprints this book, makes a second edition and proofreads the thing and adds more hints leading up to the ending, I believe she'll make the plot more worthwhile.
I could relate to this book because I'm in a book club myself with a group of ladies.. we're all friends of friends that have come together. Each of the women in this story had stories that were real, could happen to anyone and they were able to get through their hardships by depending on their friendships. Good Read..not too heavy.

This story combines a hot love story with an extremely suspenseful plot. Aya is a great heroine; strong and beautiful, but a bit naïve. Her two mates have a twenty five year old grudge between them and are equally strong, but radically different in personality. Throw in a deranged, but alluring villain, and you have a werewolf story that you will be unable to put down. I cannot wait to read the rest of this exciting series. A gripping and heartbreaking true story about a police officer being shot by an "unknown" shooter in a small town. I enjoyed the alternating points of view between the father and daughter, but was sort of puzzled about why the parents didn't sit down with their kiddos to explain what was going on immediately after the shooting and the months thereafter. It seemed like they just left the kids in the dark for the most part, which further fed their fears.

You may be asking yourself, why is this guy such a nerd. I have no idea. In walker texas ranger they say one riot one ranger. It's like that with han solo but it's one intergalactic war, one han solo

This was the first Jose Saramago book I'd ever read and I loved it. I think his decision to use punctuation sparingly was genius. The reader gets to be "blind", too, since we don't always know who is speaking. Sarmego writes the asylum scenes so vividly that images of the grime, filth and desperation are forever burned into my psyche. I don't remember if he ever explains the blindness, but do we really need a reason?

read it! get out of your car and get on a bike!
I read this book in one afternoon, which is to say it was gripping. But after finishing it, I realize it was not as "deep" or philosophical as I was expecting; almost a bit too teeny-bopper for me.
