At first I simply smiled as I read. But by the 4th chapter, I found myself laughing out loud! It is a quick read! This book is a great biography, testimony, humor, and all around fun book!

I thought about not including this on my list of books read, because it is a kind of text book bought specifically for my NSSEB partner. It wasn't on her wishlist but a couple of other learn Italian type books were and this one struck me as straightforward and rather fun. As a result, I couldn't resist reading through the cartoon strips when I got home. There were one or two words thaat hadn't quite made it to my active vocabulary: criceti may not be that uncommon in language books aimed at children, but to find uno fantasma in one this brief was a surprise. So I have read it, was impressed by the clarity and brevity and will probably add the German one to my own wishlist when I remember.

Overall, certainly a good book, but some of the album choices (Britney Spears? Limp Bizkit?) are questionable. But props for all the classics, and for mentioning cult masterpieces such as my favourite album of all time, Loveless by My Bloody Valentine.

I wanted to like this, but I just couldn't get into it. It's just Emma, with "vampire", "pale" and "blood-thirsty" thrown in every now and then. I'd rather read the real thing.

I totally loved the previous book in this series, so much, that this one let me down a bit. I felt it forced into the series , like it's only purpose is to give us more information to continue it. Even the characters are odd in this book, I mean they are not really who they used, the new ones are totally out of reality. and the love triangle / catfight resource is really common, annoying and is pretty worn out too. I didn´t really like it but I didn´t hate it either. But I must confess I skimmed a great part of the pages. To sum up, I really want a Netherpuppy and hopefully the story will get better on next book.

I have learned that the writer is very descriptive. That was a week ago when i posted that review. And now i am done reading it, and i have to tell you it was so sad. How the man name curly just kept messing with Leannie because he was bigger than him so he thought he had something to prove. But being though Leannie is Mentally dischallenged he didn't pay any attention to him he listened to George when he told him don't pay him any mind. And curly's wife wasn't any help she just had to talk to Leannie and tell him to pet her hair. And she told him to stop and she started to shout and it scared him and he held on tighter and she thought he was trying to hurt her. So he held on to her and covered her mouth and told her to be quite because he didn't want George to be mad at him. But she still was trying to yell so he shook her to be quite and... Of Mice and Men.Essay review. Leannie, George, and the rest of the crew are just makes up a small group of the American Society. But when you really look and pay attention they actually stand for a certain character in America. Leannie stands for Disabled people in the world, George stands for A MAN WITH THE AMERICAN DREAM. Slim is the kind person that very few people ever get to meet in life. Curley stands for all the little people trying to make a point to all the tall and big people. Curley’s wife is a great example for women during the era when they were just the women behind the man. And the boss as the man. This story is about to friends one big and tall, and mentally slow. The other is shorter and is intelligent enough. Their journey is crazy because Leannie doesn’t know how to take care of himself when he is alone. So if George were to leave him alone for just five minutes he would find some way to get himself into trouble, but one purpose. That is exactly what Leannie did. Which caused him and George to be on the run because Leannie has a fascination with animals and when he saw this women with a dress that was big and puffy he had to touch it. The women being such a big baby she ran off and told the local men in Weeds that she was raped. And they went out looking for him. That is why George and Leannie had to go on the run. Leading up to the rest of the important characters. When they both arrived they were put to work on a ranch. George telling Leannie. To not talk and or make contact with others unless he give them the say so. He told him if he were to disobey that, that he wouldn’t be able to tend to the rabbits when they get enough money from the ranch and get a place of their own. And Leannie loving animals couldn’t have that. But trouble always seems to follow. When Curley’s wife comes in she is known for he flirtatious ways. She is the only woman at the ranch and she doesn’t have any female friends. Because curley thinks that she should just stay in the house and do her women duties. Thinking that the only friend she should have is he and that is it. She is always giving slim the eye. Being the nice guy that he is. He doesn’t take advantage of her loneness. Remember when George told Leannie to not make any contact with anyone or even talk to them. 60 % of that was meant for Curley’s wife. One day she came into the stable buck while Leannie was in there by him self. As they were talking Leannie was carrying on about how he like animals. She told him that her hair is soft just like the rabbits fur be. So he told him to touch it. Stopping in hesitating he couldn’t resist though. So he touched her hair. Then she told him that’d enough because he was going to mess her curls up. But when he started screaming he held on tighter because he became fighting. He told her to be quite because he didn’t want George to come in and be mad at him. While she was to scare that Leannie was going to hurt her. Simply because he is a big man and is a little slow and not knowing if he knew right from wrong it scared her. Leannie then put his hand over her mouth and shacked her to be quite. He wound up cracking her neck. Afraid Leannie ran to the place where George told him to go to if ever he got into some kind of trouble. The rest of the crew found Her dead body and thought of Leannie because he was nowhere to be found. George knowing what he thought could have happened he went to the spot. And did what he had to do. This story is about to friends one big and tall, and mentally slow. The other is shorter and is intelligent enough. Their journey is crazy because Leannie doesn’t know how to take care of himself when he is alone. While talking to Leannie George had to kill his friend, his family. Right at the back of his neck where it killed him instantly. Tears burning running down his face.
