I don't get what all the fuss is about. When I read Freakonomics I found a mildly engaging book that has some interesting (if mildly offensive) ideas about how the world works, all of which are barely backed up with any facts, if backed up at all. I would have taken this book far more seriously if the authors didn't: (1) Seem to think they're brilliant even when their theories are obviously reaches (2) Insist that they're right all the time without offering any evidence that could help the reader draw the same conclusions. It was worth reading, if for no other reason than to see what the hype is about, but it just didn't do anything for me. If you're interested, get it from the library or borrow it from a friend.

A set of five double-sided posters (R2-D2 & C-3PO, Weapons, Vader, Millennium Falcon and the Death Star), one side with a large picture, description and famous finding, the other side a set of blueprints and technology specs.[return][return]The blueprints were awesome - I'll say that much. So awesome, in fact, that I wish I could frame them all.[return][return]That brings me to my four-star rating - the only thing this set could have done better (for the $20 price tag), was to have a larger package and ROLLED posters. Those creases are terrible.

9/10 Great story, following young madman Jorg as he spreads death and mayhem wherever he goes. Because of some extremely traumatic events in his childhood, and a father who would make Machiavelli look sentimental, Jorg has completely lost his touch with humanity in his search for vengeance, and now the world around him pays. It's a very violent story, and Jorg have no scrouples ending lifes and sacrificing friends. Some people seem to have reacted very strongly to especially the raping that occasionally gets mentioned, but my experience was that it wasnt handled so elaborate that i felt sick about it.. I had a lot stronger reaction to GRRM than i had to this.. The carefree way in which Jorg tells his story kind of rubs off, and i was almost instantly engulfed in an action-packed story with plenty of blood and adventure.. One complaint though.. Lawrence should have added at least 5 years to Jorgs age, as it is it's simply too unrealistic.. It's told in first person POV, and the universe seem to be some sort alternative version of the european middleages.. I cant figure out where it takes place though.. Northern france perhaps? There is magic, and it plays a central part of the story, although it takes a while for it to get introduced. The story follow two timelines, one "present" and one that takes place 4 years earlier where Jorg started his quest. All in all i had a lot of fun.. :)
