Emotionally disturbing. Get out the box of Kleenex because this book will take you places that you would rather not consider.

A very thoughtful book, but sometimes a little too religious.

The audiobook cover from Midwest Tape is a flock of goats...how can I not listen to that? I like British accents. I like British slang. I like the colorful phrase "Christ on a bike!" I like adventures. I like particular interests - such as knowing how to refer to groups of animals. But I'm 70 pages in and this book hasn't grabbed my attention. Maybe another time. Maybe another reader. (In my opinion it does not feel anything like any of John Green's books...don't be lured in.)

It's basically a book of meta which I really have no interest for. I thought it was going to be more academic.

This was one of my favorite books in a long time. It was so well thought out and right after I finished reading it, I reread the ending again. It was great. It had one of the coolest endings in a book for a long time, and it was pretty surprising, which is a new thing for me, as I can usually guess what is going to happen. It was an amazing book. I always wonder how the authors are able to have such an involved plot that goes for three books. I read this right after Eddings Belgariad, and it was miles ahead of what he had written, even though there are some of the same themes. Sanderson's book was just awesome.

I read this after the movie and still enjoyed it. Though I was cringing most of the time.

Even though _The Woman in White_ is Wilkie Collins' most famous novel (followed by _The Moonstone_), I have to admit to enjoying this book more than the more "famous" ones. That is not to say that I did not enjoy the others, I did, I loves me the Wilkie Collins, but _No Name_ has a great match up between guiless pretenders that I enjoy (_Portrait of a Lady_, and _Dangerous Liasons_). It really is a smart read and pulls yo along. While it is not a "mystery" in the way that Wilkie Collins is famous for, his preoccupation with psychological strain certainly can be traced to his other novels. In addition, I always dig a book that attacks social morals and legal snares. Go-Go Wilkie Collins, I say!

Melody, a lively Irish girl, shakes up the staid Scottish school Greenacrea. She tries to fit in, but doesn't understand how traditional boarding schools operate, with disastrous results.
