It is Freaking awesome!! Plague was really good. The characters developed their maturity level, sometimes I forgot that I was reading a novel about kids!! I love that Michael Grant it's pretty graphic at description. Every scene every thought from the characters, or if somebody trying to kill another person, it is simply amazing. I can almost feel and see the scene he is describing! Every minute that passes it is getting sinister of the inhabitants of The FAYZ, deeply dark is the life of these poor kids. Its been about a year since the Creation of the FAYZ and things are getting worse, for Sam, Astrid, Lana,Edilio,Albert, Dekka, Computer Jack and Caine and Diana. After all these amazing characters have been trough, now they face something worse; a sickness that is killing who ever gets it. A sickness that is inmune to lana's healing touch a sickness that has been created by the DArknees. However is not only that, some insects are getting into the kids body, incubating their eggs to come out and take over their body. There is no happiness in the FAYZ,when will the suffering end for these poor kids?? I wonder if they would ever go back to the real world!! WAiting for the Next Book, hopping that will be the end of suffering for the kids in the FAYZ!!! **My favorite Quotes**: "Now she needed to escape. Now she needed no to be in this world, this terrible world of the FAYZ. Books were the only way out."(pg.27) "Or maybe you're attracted to dangerous, unbalanced people. But listen up: I'm not Edward and you're not Bella."-Lana(pg.175) Anyway this books are from another world!!!

This is the 12th in this wonderful series. I do love these books. Back Cover Blurb: With the Rector Peter Harris and his family back from Africa, the villagers of Turnham Malpas heave huge sighs of relief - everything seems to be back to normal. But Peter has other ideas, and returns to Africa to fulfil a promise. In Turnham Malpas, the family he leaves behind is a very troubled one - the twins, Beth and Alex, are still disturbed by their traumatic experiences in Africa, and Caroline is finding it hard to deal with the fact that they will not share their feelings with her. The villagers are also missing Peter's guidance, especially when the village store is the target of petty theft and violence. Everyone is banking on Peter's return to help restore harmony - but will he make it back before things get out of hand....?

I'm a relative newcomer to the genre of romance and this is the second book of Brockmann's that I've read, the first being Heartthrob and I can see similarities in the two plots. Guy meets girl, guys gets girl, guy loses girl through some stupidity on his part, guy gets girl again, and then the book ends very quickly. Other than that slight annoyance was the fact that the ending of the book seemed to resolve too neatly. Once the resolution came about, I felt it came about too quickly and that it was a little too obvious for anyone who was looking for it. That being said, I enjoyed the book. I'm not sure if the basic plot points I mentioned before are the same in the rest of her books because if they are, I have a feeling I would tire of her books pretty quickly. I'm already getting a little tired of the genre and may return to my standard SF/F fare.

I decided to give this book five stars because of the job it does of correlating the life of Slam into the lives of the teenage community, which is not always the african-american community. The problems that Slam goes through isnt exactly the same for each kid but atleast one of the obstacles he is going through the reader can almost easily relate to it. And also Walter does a brilliant job of explaning basketball to the readers, he knows exactlty what he is doing to get into the mind of his audience.

Ok I have been nice and give the book four stars. I find it a bit confusing, but still intertaining. Cassie is a strong female character and that is why it gets the extra star.

Not quiet sure what to say for this book... In short it's a creepy distopia. The first distopia I have read written by a women. The book was not a hard read and went very quickly. I did not like the open ending, but it does work for the book (I just like all the questions being answered).

Wow! Anderson did it again! She created something so breathtakingly beautiful and ugly at the same time. The novel is beautiful but the subject is ugly and something that should be talked about more often instead of just hiding behind in the shadows. I loved living inside Lia’s head. It made me feel a little closer to what someone with this disorder thinks. Just thinking about this novel takes my breath away. I loved the writing style, it seemed like a song and it felt as if this would have a girl I might have encountered at some point and time in my life. Anderson seriously had me on edge of my seat and made me want to know more of Lia’s story. I give this novel 4 out of 5 paws.
