Awesome and hilarious so far. Maybe it's not supposed to be, or maybe it's not supposed to act like it's supposed to be...
Loved the moral of this story...Don't judge someone based on their outward appearance. That we often make wrong first impressions...Loved Hannah and Beau! Fell in LOVE with Reverand Beau! And can see why Hannah's sister, Rachel fell for Beau's younger brother, Tyler... Mavis was a KICK!...Loved the apparance by Molly, Marshall Trey Scott and Katherine from Renee's previous book in the Charity House series; 'The Marshall Takes A Wife.'

When I finished the book, I didn't like the ending. In fact, I didn't really like the book. This book was about a girl named Ship, she can hear everything and anything. She has a beautiful mother and sister. She likes her best friend Brian, but Brian is always staring at Helen, Ship's sister when she's around. One day, Ship sees something she shouldn't see. Few days after that Brian moved. Ship wanted to o and find Brian, but she has no idea where Brian moved to. Another day, when she was at the woods at the back of Brian's house, she found a baby. At last, she found out that the baby was Helen's, the father was her boyfriend, not Brian. And Brian came back, he said he went to military school. Brian didn't stare at Helen anymore. He said that he was worried about how Ship would be worried about him. I think the ending should be something like Brian finally realized that he should be liking Ship, and he asks Ship out. Ship is really happy, and she tells him she likes him. I would like that kind of ending.

Just started, will have to look for it again in MA as I must leave it behind at my aunt's in Oregon. It looks fascinating!

Wonderful writing, funny but sad. It is so evocative. I can't believe more people haven't read this book. It's everything you'd want out of a book.

Incredibly dull, but the imagery was gorgeous. Also, props for imagination - it's hard to believe this was written in the early 60s.

Just like the universe, reading it was very expanding for me.
Oscar Wilde, at the height of his powers. It's Earnest, but more evil, and with more pointed social commentary. I can resist anything but temptation... by Oscar Wilde. And this play is among the reasons why. It's a quick, fun introduction to Wilde and the time period. I recommend it!
