A little on the depressing side...but well written and still worth it I say.
Some graphic novel. Didn't expect it to be so serious and touching.

A great book that takes the end of the world to epic lengths. Populated w/memorable characters and memorable horror: the deserted NIH building and the tunnel filled w/the fleeing dead, oh and Satan too.
A pretty damned good book. The conspiracies and shit surrounding the Deus Ex world is very riveting stuff. This book is understandable despite me never playing the games. One of the antagonists, Namir, is also an oddly sophisticated villain, which I like but I feel not enough of the book is devoted to this unique character and that is a bit of a shame.

In a world so unlike our own that it borders on seeming to transport the reader to another world altogether, romance ignites with fiery eroticism. Delivered with drama and tenderness that jumps off the page, this short read offers both a fun twist on the idea of prison passion as well as a love story. There is an interesting twist at the end, which I won’t spoil, which really closes things up nicely for a short. Altogether well written and fun. Nice story of an autistic boy realizing he is different from other students and trying to figure out ways to function with the "Typical" people. The narration occasionally skipped around in chronological order, so some readers may struggle. Students who are interested in autism may find this interesting, but instead I'd recommend The Rules for upper elementary and middle school students or Marcelo in the Real World for high schoolers.

I absolutely LOVE this book!!! I got it when I was about 3years old and forced my parents to read it a thousand times before I was able to read it on my own. This was the book that really motivated me when learning to read was boring. Even now I still read it at least once a year and it never gets boring. I'd be surprised if there is a kid that doesn't like this book.

As a history minor, I was embarassed about how little I knew about ALL of the events surrounding Lincoln's death and the manhunt for Booth. This was an engaging book, and I found it difficult to put down.
