Many of the character perspectives are atypical of what I would have guessed; however, I will grant extensive liberties because she lived during the war. I actually struggled to finish this book since I knew the work was "incomplete" due to the personal tragedy. The author's personal story definitely provides an even greater impact to the story.

Rogers' Handbook of Pediatric Intensive Care, 5e Thư viện Sách hướng dẫn

I enjoyed this novel as the dual narrators made me stop and appreciate the author's use of voice (I teach English, and this is kind of challenging for 7th graders to get - really challenging). There were parts that made me go back and review that was written, which is always a good thing. However, I wish that there would be clear cut endings in books. Then again, authors seem to be attempting to build series so that might be part of the issue.

I'm glad Bella has a little more of a back bone now. I couldn't sympathize with her in the last book but this book it was a little better because it wasn't all about how painful her world was now that Edward was gone. Everyone gets dumped, but they don't all go catatonic... I still think Bella is a stupid girl, but she's allowed because she's only 18, I guess...
