To Read Again Sometime.
I read this to my children some time ago. Enjoyed it very much. Some say guys and girls can't be just friends but I think they definitely can.

I think the most compelling thing about Let’s Get Lost was the fact that if I were in the book, I would have hated Isabel. But from the outside looking in, I loved her—even when she did unspeakably stupid things. I think one of her most loveable aspects was her relationship with Smith. I was hooked from the moment they met, and I thought the entire thing, from his friends hating her to her sneaking around to see him was part of what made this so believable. I also loved the unexpected twist at the end. As soon as you think the story’s going one way, Isabel throws another wrench into the mix and sends you for a loop.

This was a "Dr Alex Cross" book written by James Patterson. Enough said, it was good. The main subject matter was somewhat dark as a matter in fact to think it might be true is darn right scary. I still quite enjoyed it.

A gut-wrenchingly bleak story of the ozarks where Americas poorest live in self reinforced isolation according to their own code. A young woman seeks to save her house from being repossessed by finding her father. While the author lyricism sometimes topples into the annoying he manages to pack more of this world in 200 pages then most would be able to do with a thousand. An amazing book.

One of the best biographies I've ever read. Unbelievable well-written and well-researched. Not only do you garner an appreciation for a remarkable American personality and figure, but you gain knowledge and appreciation for the times in which he lived without having to read a history book. I can't say enough about the way in which Morris writes non-fiction.

I tried to read this after seeing the musical and found the book too dark in for my taste after the upbeat show.
