This books was gross. But amazingly so! So much fun to read. I had a hard time going out to eat afterwards though... I loved it!

I really liked this one. Some parts were very intense. I thought it would be about Egypt, but it isn't, just the setting in a recreated tomb in a museum. But it was still a good read.

Have you ever read a book that was boring,a book that just didn't catch your attention, or a book that you just didn't like because it didn't relate to you. Of Mice and men is a book that I've currently read but honestly, i did not enjoy it. The three main reasons why I didn't was because the characters, the action/murder, and the symbols. I did not enjoy the characters personality in the story. The characters didn't really grab my attention as I read the book. I also thought that the characters underestimated Lennie's ability. It was like Lennie was slow because George always spoke for him and yelled at him as if he were a child. The characters had a lot of meaning but it just didn't grab my attention. The book contains a lot of abuse. At the end of the book George kills Lennie, and Lennie killed the puppy. Carly's wife also died just because Lennie was petting her hair too hard and broke her neck. Overall I thought the book had a lot of emotional situations. Even though I felt that Lennie represented slow people, I thought that the characters should have been a little easier on him. My final reason was that characters symbolizes everything. Every characters personality had to mean something for every reason. I felt it had to much and half of the meanings did not go with the book. In conclusion, I did not enjoy Of Mice and Men because it didn't grab my attention as I hoped it would. I felt that it could of had less meaning and different personalities for the characters.
