reading level 5.2 This story made me sad. That a child could be discarded so young, and not know who he is or where he came from. That being said I loved the poetry of words in the book, how it pulls you into the world of Nazi Germany, and how Misha longs to belong to something, to be with a family. Now that being said, this is a very sad book, the lack of food, the way the Nazis treat the Jews, just the environment of that time is distressing to read. I would definately talk with my kids while they are reading it.

Many patients are being forced to turn to dangerous pharmaceuticals that have devastating side effects, and those that choose not too are often thrown in jail. But, as we all know, lobbyists run capital hill. And it is much easier and more efficient for a drug company to synthesize an Oxycontin tablet than to grow a marijuana plant. The Wu Tang Clan is famous for saying, "Cash Rules Everything Around Me", and apparently that is true even when dealing with the health care of millions of people. America fucking disgusts me.
