Book is a mind trip - you think you know but you have no idea.

Do I have the option to give this book no stars? Because it's awful. It's the dumbest book I have ever read. Ever.

I loved "Jurassic Park" (be honest, so did you if you read it before you graduated highschool), so I read almost everything he'd written over the next few months. This one sucked (as did most of the rest, to be honest. But I'll get to them later), especially the end. Actually, "Jurassic" was the first time Crichton got an ending right.
Sad content but makes me have more of an understanding of what the German/Jewish people went thru during WWII.
This is a fantastic book! I first read it as a teenager. I've since recommended it to my daughter. If you've ever seen the movie "Charley," it's based on this book...about a mentally retarded man who becomes smart...and how it changes him and the people around him. Very well written.

Sort of cute. Short, entertaining story. Shakara has gone through a lot in her 21 years. She has fought for what little she has so she won't let anyone look down their noses at her for doing what she must to live. Cade Parker is a 39 year old successful CEO of a very lucrative company. He knows appearances help in his line of work, so for 4 years he has kept his true feelings for Shakara a secret. A secret that eats at him until he can no longer control it and lets her know. How will Shakara react to those news? After all he has shown nothing but contempt towards her in the four years they have known each other. Really liked them together. The story was interesting, even though it was sort of predictable.
Want to know what it was like to be a Nazi fighter pilot flying an experimental jet during the last stages of WW II? Yes, you do.

I did not enjoy this Stephanie Plum as much as the others. I thought it moved slow and was not as funny or action packed.
Bahasa dalam buku cerpen ini sangat memukau. Olahan yg sangat cantik
To echo the chorus, this book is quite disappointing. I surfed through the book staying aloft solely on its intriguing premise-- Sherlock Holmes (unnamed as such but recognizable just the same) survived Reichenbach Falls to live into the 20th century as a reclusive beekeeper and becomes embroiled in an intrigue involving a parrot spouting cryptic numbers perhaps related to Nazi atrocities. It never delivers on the premise, falling prey to an overly ostentatious writing style that suffocates the reader--even one who is susceptible to writing that is not dumbed-down and a bit baroque. Chabon uses a similar style in the yarn he's currently serializing in the New York Times Book Review. In this adventure story, it works like a charm-- witty, erudite, quite appropriate to its subject. I wanted to like Final Solution, I really did. Yet, I only finished it because it was so short.
