This book requires some concentration (and for me, a dictionary). It covers a history of the Sabbath and what different Judeo-Christian sects do when observing the Sabbath. The author also throws in her on personal story of why taking a Sabbath break might be a good idea. I'm convinced! ... but don't have enough will power to implement.

I read this book just before starting my current job last August, since it would be the first time I'd be not just leading/facilitating, but actually having someone report to me and giving directives to others who are not direct reports. I've noticed that often female bosses tend to be inconsistent, as in, "You never know which one is coming to the party." I don't want to be that way, yet I don't want to fall into the trap of being everyone's buddy, either. This book had some excellent suggestions.

A solid 4 star book. I really enjoyed it. The premise was quite unusual, but what really worked for me were the characters, especially Grace. She was an extremely likable and strong, caring woman. She had an enormous capacity to understand and forgive. Even though the H/h didn't fully "connect" until about 75% into the book, it still kept my attention all the way. Good book!

This book was lots of fun reading. It has a good message in it even though Mark Twain uses the "N" word over 500 times starting in the second chapter. It has a good ending.

It is an excellent introduction to the Documentary Hypothesis and is written so that the reader feels like they are along for the ride in making discoveries about the Bible which have actually taken hundreds of years to piece together. It is the kind of book that is hard to put down once you start.

This has been one of the greatest book i have read .It's a wonderfull book with romance passion and horror and it tough me a lesson to .Well this book is about a girl name isabella swan who meets a vampire named edward cullen, they felt deeply inlove,but her life gets a little complicicated when she meets him but with edward at her side it's less hard for her.Now im almost finishing the book "New Moon" the sequel to this book ,and when i finish this book i will hopefully look foward to read the next book of twilight.I recomend this book to every teen girl who loves reading about romance and horror,and for the girls at my school and class they should read this wonderfull book and probally the next book to.I give 5 stars to twilight and an award lol well stephanie meyers whos the aurthor of this book if i met you one day i will begged you to make the 4th book of twilight because this love story continues....
